Which Service should I book?

You’re about to embark on a journey of self-discovery, where you’ll learn new skills and challenge yourself. Take a look at all the relevant details about our Online Support and get in touch if you have any questions.

Not sure which service to book? then book a 20-minute complimentary session with Bernadette. She will discuss with you the different options available, and which one would be suitable for your current needs. Bursary places are available subject to status, please book a discovery call or complete the application.

Keyboard and Mouse

You will learn about:

  • ADHD symptoms explained in detail

  • Natural alternatives to medication to help to increase dopamine

  • Looking at stress and destressing exercises to de-escalate behaviours

  • Stopping unwanted behavior in children

  • Avoiding the Talk-Persuade-Argue and yelling

  • Six Types of Testing and Manipulation

  • Misbehaviour in Public: What You Can Do

  • Getting up and out in the morning

  • How to get your kids to pick up after themselves

  • Making mealtimes more enjoyable

  • Avoiding homework battles

  • How to get your kids to bed and stay there

  • How to encourage and respect your child's growing independence

  • Exercise self-control and be an effective disciplinarian at the same time

This course is offered to participants as a five-session course with a duration of 90 minutes per session, conducted during the day or evening during school term time.

 

Each session is limited to 10 participants and both partners can attend.​

Please complete and submit the registration form. Remember to add a little about you and your family or why you would like to attend this course.

 

Upon checkout, you will be required to pay a £30 deposit to secure your place on our next course starting on Wednesday, November 2nd, or the 11th of January.

You will receive an email confirming the course start date and time, along with an option to pay the balance of £120 in full or in four weekly installments of £30.

You will be sent a full weekly breakdown of the course sessions the week before the course commences.​

Support Group Meetings

 

Really informative and non-judgemental group sessions. When in the process of a possible diagnosis (or even after a diagnosis) it’s really difficult to know what information is useful and trusted. Within the group the information is made clear and concise and it’s always comforting to hear other people’s experiences. The group is very relaxed and open and was really enjoyable to attend. I will definitely be attending future group sessions.

I have been working with Bernadette for the past two months. During her coaching sessions, I am learning a lot about the areas my ADHD has been affecting me.
