Joining our meetings is a fantastic way to connect with like-minded individuals who face similar challenges. You'll have the opportunity to share coping strategies, discuss diagnoses and medications, and access helpful services together.

We've lined up some exciting guest speakers for our meetings, so you'll hear from experts in the field, too!

Our meetings are specifically for adults diagnosed with ADHD or awaiting a diagnosis. It's a safe space to share your experiences and ask questions about coping strategies freely. We hold these meetings online over Zoom on the 1st Thursday and Face-to-Face on the 3rd Thursday of each month from 7 - 8:30 pm.
