Adult ADHD Coaching | Free Discovery Call Thank you for taking your first step to connect with me. I am thrilled to invite you to a complimentary 20-minute discovery call. Living with ADHD can feel overwhelming! Unfinished tasks, racing thoughts, regulating impulses and emotions, and constant frustration. But you don’t have to figure it out alone. During this Session, we can explore how coaching can support you with your specific ADHD challenges and discuss how personalised coaching strategies tailored to your needs can help. Join me to discover the support and guidance you need to navigate ADHD with confidence and empowerment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Kindly contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we're happy to accommodate one missed appointment by rescheduling. However, regrettably, a third Free Discovery Call may not be offered if you miss two consecutive Discovery Call sessions without communication. We appreciate your understanding.
