Access to Work Adult ADHD Coaching | Free Discovery Call Thank you for taking your first step to connect with me. I am thrilled to invite you to a complimentary 20-minute discovery call. If you have started or submitted your Access to Work application, have been asked to provide coaching quotations, or have received confirmation of your approved funding, I would be delighted to meet you. This free 20-minute Zoom call is a relaxed opportunity for us to get to know each other. You can share what you would like support with, ask questions about coaching and explore whether I might be the right coach for you. If Access to Work has asked you to obtain quotations, we can discuss your coaching requirements and I can provide a written quotation for you to submit. I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Certified ADHD Life Coach, with both professional expertise and lived experience of ADHD. My coaching style is warm, collaborative and non-judgemental. I coach the person, not just the problem, helping you understand how ADHD affects you and identify practical approaches that suit your individual needs, strengths and circumstances. If you already have an approved funding award, we can also discuss the practical next steps for arranging your coaching. Please note: this call is for people exploring ADHD coaching or requesting a coaching quotation.
