You will also receive a follow-up email with all the information discussed and referral documents you can take back to your GP for an informed referral pathway for your ADHD assessment.     Private sessions with Bernadette to ask any question or complete your online Access to Work application form live online. What is an Access to Work application? Access to Work can help you get or stay in Work if you have a physical or mental health condition or disability. The support you get will depend on your needs. Through Access to Work, you can apply for a grant to help pay for practical support with your Work. The session will cover the following: * Covering how your ADHD symptoms affect you in your life and workplace * What you are looking for funding for, e.g. Equipment, ADHD Coaching, Admin Support/Support worker * Discussion about what you already have in place to support you * What reasonable adjustments you may need in place at Work. * Completing your online application form. You can choose to book a 20 min or 45 minuet session.
