Why I created the Living Well with Adult ADHD Programme
As someone who was diagnosed with ADHD later in life, I understand how important it can be to finally make sense of your experiences.
I created this programme to provide reliable information, practical strategies and a supportive community where you can learn alongside people who understand. You do not have to navigate everything alone.

I have a deeper understanding of myself
Bernadette's 'Living Well with ADHD programme and her 1-1 coaching sessions have been life-changing.
She has a wonderfully calm approach that makes you feel safe to explore your own challenges. I've walked away with a deeper understanding of myself and a toolkit of strategies I use every day.
Paula - Professional - Lancashire
I have learnt lots of strategies to help me in my everyday life
"There are so many things I can take away from the group sessions: lots of strategies to help me in my everyday life, trying not to be so hard on myself, and using the three main things to keep my ADHD in check.
Also, the strategies to help with my procrastination have been useful.”
Sharon - Professional - Lancashire
The workbooks make it all sink in more!
It was really good; I would recommend it to anyone, whether they are further down their ADHD discovery journey or at the beginning.
Investing time and money in the course has given me far more output in applying what I'm learning. The workbooks make it all sink in more, too. Far better than any social media post or video that may not even be reliable information.
Emma - Business Owner - Lancashire
I am now more understanding
“Bernadette opened my eyes to understanding my ADHD. It was a shock being diagnosed in my late 40s. Talking about everything has been a massive help.
Bernadette has been fantastic to work with; she is so easygoing and friendly.
I find I am now more understanding of others and less judgemental”
Mark - Construction - Manchester
Now I understand my ADHD more. I am kinder to myself
“Bernadette has helped me understand not only how to gain some control over my condition and to be kinder to myself. I have grown in confidence and had no idea just how deeply ADHD affects the everyday living of my life, and I'm incredibly happy that I took the leap and did the course.
Having ADHD, I have made some poor choices in my life, but this was not one of them."
Thank you, Bernadette.
Andy - Professional - Lancashire
Powerfull & Positive content
"I have really valued and appreciated Bernadette's insight and clear explanations throughout this 8-week course".
"I have taken away some really powerful and effective tips and tricks, which I am already implementing and that are aiding me positively.”
