I'm a Certified ADHD Life Coach, a Professional Certified Coach, an award-winning author, and the founder of ADHD Lancashire. For nearly 15 years, I have supported adults and families to understand how ADHD affects their lives.

Each group meets live on Zoom for one 90-minute session each week over eight weeks.

Places are limited to a maximum of eight participants, allowing time for questions, reflection and supportive group discussion.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to join? No. The programme is suitable for adults who are diagnosed, awaiting assessment or identify with ADHD-related challenges.

How is the programme delivered? The programme is delivered live online via Zoom. You will attend one 90-minute session each week for eight weeks.

How many people are in each group? Each programme has a maximum of eight participants. This creates a supportive group environment while allowing time for questions and discussion.

Are the sessions recorded? No. Sessions are not recorded, helping to protect everyone’s privacy and create a safe space for group discussion.

What happens if I miss a session? If you miss a session, you will still receive that week’s workbook and resources. You may also have the opportunity to attend the missed topic during a future programme.

What resources will I receive? You will receive reflective workbooks, practical exercises and additional resources for each weekly topic. You will have lifetime access to the programme resources.

Can I join from anywhere in the UK? Yes. The programme is delivered online via Zoom and is available to adults throughout the UK.

What if I have accessibility requirements? Please contact us before the programme begins to discuss any reasonable adjustments or accessibility requirements that may help you participate.

Is a payment plan available? Yes. You can pay £596 in full or choose a payment plan consisting of a £100 deposit followed by seven weekly instalments of £75. The payment-plan total is £625.
