This support group is for adults who have ADHD, as well as those with an interest in how to thrive as an adult with ADHD. Families and friends are welcome.

We will provide strategies and ideas to help you manage your challenges during our adult ADHD meetings. Members will be given a chance to introduce themselves and ask questions in a non-judgmental environment.

There is no need for a diagnosis to attend, we can guide you through the diagnosis assessment.
