Adult ADHD Zoom Meeting 07/08/2025

This month's guest speaker is John Bulwich, an actor who played Dominic being assessed with ADHD, years before he was diagnosed with ADHD himself. John will be sharing his journey from before diagnosis to supporting others with ADHD.

John is an actor and an advocate for individuals with ADHD. His diverse background has broadened his perspective on the importance of self-expression, tackling low self-esteem, and moving past feelings of shame. He uses these valuable insights to inspire his clients to celebrate their individuality, guiding them in developing a positive self-image and fostering pride in their accomplishments and identities. John's approach includes practising the affirmation that ‘it's okay to be you’ and it's your birthright to be happy in this world.

Our monthly support groups are designed to provide a safe environment for adults experiencing symptoms of ADHD. We welcome those seeking to thrive in adulthood despite these challenges, including friends, partners, and family members, to join us.

In these meetings, we'll share valuable strategies and ideas for effectively managing the hurdles associated with ADHD. It's a safe space where you can freely introduce yourself, interact with others, and ask questions without fear of judgment.
