About the Event
Monthly Face-to-Face Meet-up
Why Attend? What are the benefits?
Connecting with other adults with ADHD can create a sense of community and belonging. By attending meetups, adults with ADHD can meet people who understand their challenges and experiences, providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
In face-to-face meetups, individuals can share their personal experiences, challenges, and successes with ADHD. This exchange of information can be incredibly valuable as it allows participants to learn from one another, gain insights into coping strategies, and discover new techniques for managing symptoms.
Meetups offer an excellent opportunity to network and build connections with other adults who have ADHD. These connections can lead to new friendships, potential collaborations, or even job opportunities. Building a network of supportive individuals sharing similar experiences can benefit various aspects of life.
Regular meetups can serve as a source of accountability and motivation for adults with ADHD. When individuals commit to attending monthly gatherings, they are more likely to stay on track with their personal goals, such as developing healthy habits, implementing organisational strategies, or pursuing treatment options. The support and encouragement from the group can help individuals stay motivated and focused on their self-improvement journey.
There is no need to have a confirmed diagnosis to attend, and partners are welcome.
