ADHD Lancashire UK Online Adult Meet-up:

💻   Online via Zoom

Hello,

We're reaching out with a warm invitation to our next monthly online meet-up, specially designed for adults navigating the wonderful and sometimes challenging world of ADHD.

It's a space where we can all come together, share our journeys, and find that much-needed sense of understanding. Plus, a lot of laughter.

Do you ever feel like you're the only one facing certain hurdles? We get it!

That's exactly why we created this ADHD online meet-up. Whether you've just received your diagnosis, are waiting for an assessment, or are simply curious about ADHD, you are welcome here.

Your partners, friends, and family are also welcome to join, because understanding and support are things we can all benefit from, always.

Wherever you are on your ADHD journey, curious, newly diagnosed, or managing it long-term, you don't have to go through it alone.

If you're looking for guidance on assessments or next steps, we can point you to the right resources. So, come on over and join our next online meet-up to connect, learn, and feel truly understood!

Making Positive Connections.

ADHD Lancashire UK Online Adult Meet-ups have connected adults for 13 years now, face-to-face in Lancashire and online throughout the UK.

When many people attend, we create smaller breakout rooms for more small-group conversations. This way, you can meet more people and have space to ask questions. Our members are amazing and very welcoming.
