Membership cancellations and refunds Your annual membership covers 12 consecutive monthly meet-ups. You are automatically booked onto each meet-up included in your chosen membership. If you miss or cancel an individual session, no refund will be provided for that session because your place was reserved for you. You may cancel the remainder of your annual membership by contacting ADHD Lancashire. Any refund will be calculated according to the number of scheduled sessions remaining in your membership, less a £5 administration charge to cover payment-processing costs and the administration involved in cancelling the plan and future bookings. Sessions that have already taken place will be treated as used, whether or not you attended. For example, if you cancel after six of your 12 scheduled meet-ups have taken place: Remaining value of the membership: £25 Administration charge: £5 Refund provided: £20 The refund will be returned to the original payment method where possible. The £5 administration charge will not be applied where the membership is cancelled during a statutory cooling-off period or where ADHD Lancashire is unable to provide the membership. Initial 14-day cancellation period You may cancel your membership within 14 days of purchasing it. If no meet-up has taken place during this period, you will receive a full refund. If you have attended, or your reserved meet-up has already taken place after you asked for the membership to begin immediately, the proportionate membership value of that session may be deducted from your refund. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights. Automatic renewal Your membership will automatically renew every 12 months using your saved payment method unless you cancel the renewal. We will send you a reminder before the renewal date confirming: The date your membership will renew The annual membership price How to cancel the renewal You can turn off automatic renewal before the renewal date without an administration charge. Your existing membership and bookings will continue until the end of the current membership period. If your membership automatically renews, you may cancel the renewed membership within 14 days of the renewal date. If no session from the renewed membership has taken place, you will receive a full refund. If a session has already taken place during this period, its proportionate membership value may be deducted from the refund. If the membership price changes, you will be informed before your membership renews.
