Adult ADHD Zoom Meeting 07/04/2022

This support group is for adults diagnosed or seeking a diagnosis of ADHD, as well as those with an interest in how to thrive as an adult with ADHD. Families and friends are welcome.

We will provide strategies and ideas to help you manage your challenges during our adult ADHD meetings. Members will be given a chance to introduce themselves and ask questions in a non-judgmental environment.

Meet the members meeting

At this meeting, you will have the opportunity to introduce yourself and ask any questions. Then we will break out into smaller groups to meet other members and ask any questions. There will be a choice of topics for the break-out rooms or you can go into the general conversation room.

The topics are chosen by you on the night and we will have two 20 minutes break-out sessions before we return to the main room to ask further questions before ending the meeting.

There is no need for a diagnosis to attend, we can guide you through the diagnosis assessment.
