Whether you're diagnosed, awaiting an assessment, or beginning to explore the possibility of ADHD, you are welcome here.

Partners, friends, and family members are also encouraged to attend, understanding and support matter.

Each session offers a safe, non-judgmental environment to connect with others who truly understand. Together, we explore practical tools, share strategies for everyday challenges, and learn from lived experiences. There's space to ask questions, share openly, or simply listen.
