I'm Chris Maddocks, founder of Attentive.

For years, I struggled without knowing I had ADHD, and feeling stuck in a life that didn’t make sense. Getting diagnosed, getting sober, and working with Bernadette changed everything.

I finally learned how to work with my brain, not against it. Now, I'm building Attentive to help others feel understood, supported, and proud of who they are, because I know firsthand how hard that journey can be.

Through Attentive, I’m creating a community and products that spread awareness, offer real support, and remind people that being different is powerful, not something to hide.

Whether you have a diagnosis or are just starting to explore the possibility, you’re not alone. Friends, partners, and family members are also encouraged to join; your support matters too.

Each session is designed to offer a safe, non-judgmental environment where we share practical tools, explore strategies for daily life, and connect with others who truly understand. You’ll have the chance to ask questions, exchange experiences, and learn together in a supportive community.
