Adult ADHD Zoom Meeting 05/05/2022

The group is for adults with ADHD or those seeking a diagnosis, as well as those interested in learning how to thrive as an adult with ADHD. The group is open to family members and friends as well.

At our group meetings for adults with ADHD, we will provide strategies and ideas that will assist you in managing the challenges that you face. During this meeting, members will have the opportunity to introduce themselves and ask questions in a non-judgmental environment.

We welcome new members and guests to attend.

This will be an opportunity for you to introduce yourself to the group and ask any questions that you may have. There will then be a break into smaller groups where we can get to know other members and answer any questions they may have. In addition to a variety of different topics for the break-out rooms, there will also be a general conversation room available for you to use.

We'll have two 20-minute break-out sessions before returning to the main room to ask further questions before closing the meeting. Topics will be chosen by you on the night, and we'll have two 20-minute break-out sessions.

A diagnosis is not required to attend, as we can guide you through the diagnostic assessment if you wish.
