Adult ADHD Monthly Zoom Meet-Up

Our monthly Zoom meet-up is a friendly, supportive space where adults can connect, share experiences and feel understood by others who recognise the realities of living with ADHD.

Whether you have an ADHD diagnosis, are waiting for an assessment, or are beginning to explore whether ADHD might explain some of your experiences, you are very welcome to join us.

Partners, family members and friends are also welcome. Having people around you who understand ADHD can make a real difference, and the meet-up offers an opportunity to learn more together.

Each month, we create a relaxed, non-judgemental space for conversation and connection. There is no pressure to share, you can join the discussion, ask questions, exchange ideas and strategies, or simply listen.
