About the Event

This month's guest speaker is Alan P Brown, ADHD/Productivity Coach and ADD Crusher™

10 Small and Easy Things that Get BIG Results

We tend to think big life improvements come only from big breakthroughs or massive shifts in our behaviours or mindset. Not. True. As a wise (and successful) sage once said, “The actions that lead to an extraordinary life are small and easy.” Yes. True.

In this presentation, ADHD/Productivity Coach and ADD Crusher™ creator Alan P. Brown, shares 10 small and easy things that can yield BIG results in your ADHD life. From minor tweaks to your lifestyle to teeny mindset shifts to a 60-second pause each day, these little hacks are proof that, to quote another sage, “Big doors swing on little hinges.” Yes. They do.

Objectives

  1. Understand the fallacy that only “major breakthroughs” or arduous toil can yield significant life improvements.
  2. Learn 10 different “small and easy” hacks and shifts that can get real results in a relatively short amount of time.
  3. See the potential of the hacks’ impact with simple math extended over time.

The purpose of these monthly support groups is to provide support to those adults who have symptoms of ADHD. In addition, they are for those who are interested in learning how to thrive in adulthood despite ADHD symptoms. Friends, partners and family members are welcome to join us.

During the adult ADHD meetings, we will share strategies and ideas that may help you to manage your challenges while dealing with ADHD. There will be an opportunity for members to introduce themselves to each other and to ask questions in a relaxed environment without the fear of judgment.

You don't need to have a confirmed diagnosis to attend. Let us guide you through the process if you want assistance assessing your diagnosis.

We look forward to seeing you.

Regards,

Bernadette.
