This month's guest speaker is Liam Tuohy from 2 Tuff Health & Fitness - the UK's No. 1 ADHD Health & Fitness Coach. He will share his journey and discuss the benefits of fitness for individuals with ADHD.

Liam struggled with ADHD his whole life, but he wasn’t diagnosed until he was 35 years old, after years of getting into trouble with the law and struggling to hold down a job. Now, he is on a mission to raise awareness of ADHD so that others can get the help they need and do not have to suffer as he did.

Having always been a fitness enthusiast, Liam found an escape through boxing and went on to become a professional fighter for over 14 years. After being officially diagnosed with ADHD and getting the support he so desperately needed, Liam’s life has been changing for the better. He has even been attending numerous business meetings to continue expanding his knowledge.

Although it took many years, Liam has realised his purpose and passion: helping others. He now travels across the UK raising awareness of ADHD and is committed to assisting people to get into the best shape of their lives, both mentally and physically.
