Adult ADHD Coaching | Free Discovery Call Thank you for taking your first step to connect with me. I am thrilled to invite you to a complimentary 20-minute discovery call. This free 20-minute Zoom call is a relaxed opportunity for us to get to know each other. You can share what you would like support with, ask questions about coaching and explore whether I might be the right coach for you. I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Certified ADHD Life Coach, with both professional expertise and lived experience of ADHD. My coaching style is warm, collaborative and non-judgemental. I coach the person, not just the problem, helping you understand how ADHD affects you and identify practical approaches that suit your individual needs, strengths and circumstances. Please note: this call is for people exploring ADHD coaching or requesting a coaching quotation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Kindly contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we're happy to accommodate one missed appointment by rescheduling. However, regrettably, a third Free Discovery Call may not be offered if you miss two consecutive Discovery Call sessions without communication. We appreciate your understanding.
