About the Event

This month's guest speaker is Liam Tuohy, 2Tuff Heath & Fitness and a Public Speaker on Workplace Adjustments.

Liam struggled with ADHD his whole life but was only diagnosed when he was 35 years old after years of getting into trouble with the law and not managing to hold down a job. Now, he is on a mission to raise awareness of ADHD, so others get the help they need and do not have to suffer as he did. Having always been a fitness fanatic, Liam found an escape through boxing and was even a professional fighter for over 14 years. After being officially diagnosed with ADHD and getting the help he so desperately needed, Liam’s life has been changing for the better, and he has even been attending numerous different business meetings to continue to expand on his knowledge. Although it took many years, Liam has realised his purpose and his passion in life: helping others. He now travels the UK raising awareness of ADHD and is committed to getting people in the best shape of their life, both mentally and physically.

Welcome to our monthly support groups designed to provide a safe environment for adults experiencing symptoms of ADHD. We welcome those seeking to thrive in adulthood despite these challenges, including friends, partners, and family members, to join us.

Within these meetings, we'll share valuable strategies and ideas to manage the hurdles associated with ADHD effectively. It's a safe space where you can freely introduce yourself, interact with others, and ask questions without fearing judgment.

Whether you have a confirmed ADHD diagnosis or are unsure about it, don't hesitate to participate. We are here to support and guide you through assessing your condition if you seek assistance.

Come and be a part of our compassionate community, where understanding and growth go hand in hand. Together, we'll embark on a journey towards better management and empowerment.

We look forward to seeing you.

Regards,

Bernadette.
