I appreciate your interest in our Group Coaching Sessions. As part of this 8-week group coaching programme, you will gain a deeper understanding of your ADHD with the guidance of two certified coaches and fellow group members. Initial Consultation: In our 20-minute Zoom session before commencing your coaching sessions, we will thoroughly assess your individual ADHD life skills. 8 Group Coaching Sessions: Throughout these sessions, we will cover a broad spectrum of topics, including: Exploring the unique challenges tailored to your situation. Cultivating self-awareness and leveraging your strengths. Collaboratively identifying your core values. Enhancing your organisational and prioritisation skills. Implementing effective time management strategies and conquering procrastination. Ways to beat overwhelm and reduce stress RSD and Emotional regulation Progressing towards any specific targets and objectives. Weekly Workbooks will be provided to record your notes and information. Additionally, we can delve into personal development, skill enhancement, building awareness, empowerment, and growth, all aimed at helping you unlock your full potential. To embark on your coaching journey, we offer an introductory plan, which serves as an excellent starting point. After completing these sessions, we can discuss which option best aligns with your ongoing ADHD coaching needs if you want to carry on with coaching. The total cost for your 8-week introductory package is £397. You can reserve your place with a deposit of £100, and the balance can be paid in full before the sessions start. Or you could pay the balance weekly, so the £297 will be divided into weekly payments to be paid before the course starts in January. I am so excited you are interested in finding out more. Cancellation Policy

Please get in touch with us if you need to reschedule your appointment. You will still be charged half of the session fee if cancellation is less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment. The whole session fee will be charged if you cancel your session in less than 24 hours of the scheduled time. In addition, you will be charged if you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment.
