How the course is delivered

Over the course of four weeks, there will be four 90-minute sessions. These sessions are delivered live and interactive over Zoom, and there is plenty of time to ask questions.

We only deliver to small groups of 8- 10 people at a time, so we may have a waiting list.

When we are using screen sharing, it is recommended that you use an IPad, laptop, or desktop computer. This is so you can fully benefit from the session and get the most out of it. We will also share some video content with you during the sessions.

If you cannot attend one of the sessions for whatever reason, we can share an audio recording of the content of that particular session with you. In this way, you will be sure not to miss out on any information that might be of interest to you.

Jayne from Manchester

My first session was amazing. It was the first step toward teaching me to focus my energies and begin to move forward. Bernadette has a calm and comforting aura, enabling you to share in a secure and safe space. Already making changes in my approach to challenging hurdles.

Hayley from Burnley

Really informative and non-judgemental group sessions. When in the process of a possible diagnosis (or even after a diagnosis) it’s really difficult to know what information is useful and trusted. Within the group, the information is made clear and concise and it’s always comforting to hear other people’s experiences. The group was very relaxed and open and was really enjoyable to attend. I will definitely be attending future group sessions.

Ryan from Chorley

As an initial meeting, it was great. I believe I already have a good knowledge of ADHD through my own experiences and research.

However, Bernadette seems to hold a lot of the answers for me, adding more structure to my life.

I’m looking forward to future sessions
