What is ADHD Coaching?

"Certified ADHD Life coaches" are professional coaches trained to coach adults, teens, and children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) to manage their symptoms better and live to their full potential.

While your ADHD medication helps with focusing and impulsivity, you may still struggle with time management or time blindness, organizational skills, prioritising, self-esteem, inappropriate social skills, and regulating your emotions.

  • Problems staying focused and completing tasks 

  • Distractability and impulsivity

About Bernadette

Bernadette has a natural way of coaching because she is intuitive, curious, and approachable. Bernadette believes people must be able to discuss, explore, and make sense of their ADHD in a safe, non-judgmental environment. 

Bernadette employs a combination of challenge, creativity, observation, and accountability in her approach to working with others. I guarantee that you will have a professional and ethical coaching experience and that you will come out of our session with much more clarity than you did at the beginning!

With decades of experience managing ADHD and having a child who is now an adult with ADHD, Bernadette has an invaluable perspective. My family is also neurodiverse, with many members having ADHD, Autism, or Dyslexia.

I have gained a wealth of ADHD experience as a coach, facilitator of an ADHD support group, and trustee for a national ADHD charity. In the UK, I also served as a topic expert on ADHD for the NICE guidelines updates.

Coaching Sessions
